I have been a professional in the mortgage industry since 1982. I have originated, processed, underwritten and closed FHA, VA and conventional loans including FHA 203 k loans, reverse mortgages and construction loans. I have managed a retail branch office for 5 years and run my own broker business for 9. I have personally bought and sold 20 plus homes and currently own and manage several rental properties. I have taught finance courses for state real estate credits. My lengthy experience with all closing forms allows me to provide a professional experience for your customer. My knowledge of the CD/HUD 1 allows me to be able to answer most questions that arise on this document as I started doing them before the benefit of a computer.
