I have a dual tray laser printer that prints 40pp/minute, email, internet. $100,000 E&O. Available 7 days/week. I am a member of Notary Stars and am in the process of taking their 135 hr. training. When finished, I will take Notary2Pro training. I want to be the best possible Notary and ongoing training is necessary-and fun. I always scrutinize documents before I go to an appointment . After the signing, before leaving the signers, I double check. I have never been late to a signing and always return documents immediately. I believe excellent communication with the signing company, title company, lender and signer are crucial.

I am a native of Jacksonville, Florida and a home owner in St. Augustine for 15 years. NNA certified, background screened, $100,000.00 E&O. I have been a CAM and President of my condo association for 5 years. I handled rentals, foreclosures, purchases of foreclosures for the association and enforced condo laws and rules. I have a Master's Degree in Education. I acquired my Real Estate license in 2009. I am currently inactive.I have been a full time loan signing agent since January/2016.
