I have 15 years of experience as an executive assistant and bookkeeper, and I take pride in maintaining a high level of professionalism while paying attention to details. I am NNA certified, have electronic and RON endorsements (OneNotary, docVerify and Nexsys verified to complete digital signings) and a current background check. I use a laser jet printer and have the ability to scan documents on site. Documents will always be shipped out on time. I serve the Eastern Washington area and within 70 miles of Spokane County. Areas outside of 70 miles I am willing to travel to with 72-hour notice. I am available to perform signings outside of traditional working hours and on weekends and will meet clients at any location (e.g., home, church, business, jail). Before each appointment I disinfect the pens and clipboards that the client(s) will use. Clients will be provided with gloves if requested. At the end of the appointment all pens and clipboards are disinfected. I will always arrive wearing a mask and am happy to conduct the appointment outside, weather permitting.
