I have been a real estate broker for 26 years and I am familiar with all aspects of the real estate transaction. As a Notary, I have completed hundreds of closings, loan modifications, wills, trusts and other notarizations. My goal for each Signing is to be professional and put the signers at ease to make their Signing as pleasant as possible. When I am required to return documents, I pack them securely to get them to their destination safely and on time. I am also a Remote Online Notary (RON). I can notarize documents from anywhere in the US.

I enjoy meeting new people. I was a preschool teacher prior to entering the real estate industry. I am a Broker in NY and Florida and am currently commissioned in the State of Florida as Notary Public. In my down time, I like to cook, entertain guests and care for my two Yorkies. I also like new technology. The latest and the greatest technology fascinates me.
