I am organized, reliable, dependable, and work well under pressure. I have a flexible schedule which accommodates last minute assignments and I have excellent time management skills. Accepts loan signing assignments via email or phone. Print and prepares loan docs. Reviews closing documents for accuracy in names, addresses, and legal information. Always arrives 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time. Describes lender loan documents and other legal documents. Fax or emails documents required by signing companies immediately after signing completion, followed by the shipment of documents shipped to the signing company or per directions via FedEx or UPS. Performs 15-30 signings each month.

Self-motivated, outgoing, and dependable I've been a business owner, property owner, and real estate investor since 2018. I discovered early on that the key factors to success in any endeavor are proper effective communication and being able to develop the ability to network and cultivate relationships. I attribute my successes as a notary to these skill sets & my work in real estate prior to becoming an NSA helped familiarize me with documents, procedures, and the associated professionals within the business. Networking, developing resources, and being able to be a resource to others has been rewarding experiences thus far, ones that I intend to continue earning & providing.
