Personal Bio
Grew up in Ohio and lived in Raleigh, NC from 1987-2018. My BA degree is in Human Services and I am a friendly and even tempered individual, able to conduct a signing appointment with ease and sensitivity knowing a mortgage loan is one of the largest commitments a person will make in their life. Hopefully, I will give the signer(s) a sense of security as they have an experienced notary knowledgeable with the documents.
Since 1989 I have been employed in the management of homeowner associations and representing buyers in real estate closings. I hold the PCAM designation which is the highest designation in Community Association Management; was also a licensed CAM in FL where I lived from 2018-2021 and recently moved to Caroline County from the Hampton Roads area to be closer to family. I also volunteer for a dog rescue as a foster and recently became a "foster failure" as I fell in love with my pup! I hope you will consider me to conduct your loan signings.
