I understand and can easily guide my clients through the PCORs, Grant deeds and Right to Cancel documents. I am also a Mortgage Loan Originator so I am familiar with the 1003, closing disclosures, rate locks and the funding date priority. I am able to package loan documents separately for escrow, title and lender.
