I am Joseph Reeves, a 20-year U.S. Army veteran who worked in higher education for 5 years after my military service and now serve as a mobile notary public. I am a member of both the National Notary Association and the American Association of Notaries. I am bonded, insured, and pass an annual background screening. I am available as a mobile notary by scheduled appointment. I operate out of Sherman, Texas (north of Dallas near the OK border) and cover an approx. 60 mile radius, including the following counties: Collin, Cooke, Denton, Fannin, Hunt, and Grayson. In addition to mobile notary work, I am also a Texas JBCC-certified process server with over 1430 serves completed. I no longer conduct notary signing agent/real estate closings.
Current mileage rate $0.625 per mile, measured from service address to 701 E. Peyton Street, Sherman TX 75090. Mileage fee is waived for services provided within the city of Sherman TX, and at Texoma Medical Center (Denison TX)
