I’m Marcus Hammond-Cook (aka MHC Notary Service), a professional courier & California Mobile Notary Public, with extensive experience serving clients, having previously served as a Government Legal Assistant & Texas Notary Public in the General Counsel's Office for Dallas Area Rapid Transit. I am also a Notary Loan Signing Agent. My past work experience includes disaster-relief lending as a Paralegal Specialist for the US Small Business Administration in Fort Worth, TX, where I prepared loan closing documents and reviewed loan documents post-closing to recommend & initiate the disbursement of loan funds. Further, I am a licensed Wedding Officiant and have presided over several marriage ceremonies in the Washington, DC area. I primarily serve the California counties of Los Angeles and Orange. However, upon request, I can also serve the western parts of both San Bernadino & Riverside Counties, as well as the southwest portion of Ventura County. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and a Paralegal Certificate, and starting my 2nd-year in law school after 13 years as a Paralegal.
