I have more than forty (40) years of experience as a notary here in Michigan handling a variety of signings; not only in the private field, but also in the legal community. It is important to me that all parties involved in any signing are comfortable doing so, and clearly accept and understand what they are signing. Having worked with the public for so many years, I am dedicated to the responsibilities I have when notarizing documents. I accept electronic and overnight documents, as well as faxes. There are many counties here in Michigan I am available to travel to, including Genesee , Ingham, Lapeer, Livingston, Oakland, Saginaw, Shiawassee... As an active notary I am bonded by the State of Michigan and have a 10K Errors & Omissions Insurance Policy, as well as a background check.

There are many documents I notarize. Those documents include, but are not limited to, legal and medical documents, Power of Attorney, Trusts, Last Will and Testament, debt resolution, property i.e., deeds, loans, sale/re-finance docs, reverse mortgages, automobile, etc... I work with all parties and negotiate fees, not only based on the amount of documents, but also any printing and preparation of same, as well as travel time, review and signing of doc(s).
