Have been doing loan closings since April, 2000. Started out part time. Have been up full time since April 2002. My dba is Notary Financial Services. I have an office in my home to close in when necessary. I have no children at home and very reliable transportation. I travel up to 75 miles of Quinlan. My working hours are 7:am to 6:pm when necessary. I close refi's, reverse, home equity, 1st and 2nd's, commercial, HELOC. I also do visual/photo inspections for business loans, and DNA testing. I close from 7:00am to 6:00pm when necessary. I try to be available all holidays and for emergency and last minute closings. My security clearance is up to date as of Dec. 29,2023. I have my reports available and can send them to you if necessary. I also do heirships, nursing homes, hospitals, POA's, last will and testaments courier service, process server.
For SCAN BACKS that are over 50 pages there will be a 10.00 fee. For Tax Loans = 75.00 Mileage over 30 miles will incur anadditional fee. ALL services are negotiable.
I will still cover all holidays, and last minute emergencies. I do have closing locations for CASH OUTS. I do photos for tax loans etc..
