I am a full-service mobile notary, certified by the National Notary Association, with over 23 years' experience. I have extensive experience witnessing documents such as refinances, home equity loans, loan modifications, reverse mortgage documents, seller and buyer packages (out of state) or Massachusetts refinances with an attorney present. I am also certified by the Pavaso training platform for mortgage signings. Experience notarizing power of attorneys, immigration documents, I9 new employment forms, adoption forms and various other legal documents such as wills and trusts. I will travel to all Massachusetts counties except Barnstable, Berkshire, and Dukes. I am FULLY vaccinated and BOOSTED as suggested by the Centers for Disease Control. I practice the following safety measures: Sterilization of pens and materials prior to visit, only wear a brand-new mask to appointments, and perform additional sterilization prior to proceeding to the next appointment. I also ALWAYS continue to wear a mask to my appointments, even if the signer is also fully vaccinated.
