Hello! I have held an Utah Notary commission since October, 2021. In addition to general notary work, I have trained extensively with Loan Signing System, and the National Notary Association and I have been certified as a loan signing agent by both entities. I am also certified as a trust delivery agent through Notary Coach. I am formerly a legal assistant, working for several law firms. Most recently I was employed by a municipality as a Grants Coordinator/Housing Specialist where I administered the city’s home down payment assistance program. I believe this valuable experience has prepared me well for a career as an LSA. My education and training regarding various aspects of the mortgage profession is ongoing, as I love learning new skills and increasing my knowledge. I am bonded in the amount of $10,000 and I carry $1,000,000 of errors and omissions coverage.
Personal Bio
I live in beautiful southern Utah with my husband and two pampered cats! I realized a life-long dream last year when I had the opportunity to co-author a book about overcoming adversity and life’s challenges. It was a wonderful experience and I’m looking forward to writing more in the future. I am personable, hardworking, professional, and I look for the humor in life. I pay attention to detail, and I possess a sense of pride when carrying out an assignment. I do not hesitate to ask questions if I have a need for clarity or additional information, pertaining to completion of assignments.
