We have been in business since September of 2005 and proudly offer our services to the residents in the St. Charles/St. Louis Metro area (see below for counties we cover). Our staff is well-versed in loan closings and other specialty requests (i.e. Quitclaim Deeds, Last Will and Testaments, Promissory Notes, etc.). Our reputation is based on "Pride-Dedication-Service". We make sure to assist your client right from start to finish, making the process as easy as we possibly can. We can also complete hybrid closings for clients if so needed. Our service has completed over 9500+ closings/private services. I am a member of the National Notary Association - I have also completed the NNA Signing Agent Certification as well as the necessary background checks. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our services. Starting February 1, 2021 we have ventured into vehicle inspections for potential buyers that are out of state. We have a detailed method used to make sure the buyer can get a an overall good look at the vehicle by either photos or a live feed followed by a documented report on the vehicle - please note we are not mechanics nor experts in the body shop field; however we do have a network of those in the field if interested.
