We're ready to work directly with Title Companies. We can split docs if you want, or if you're local, we can package docs for you as part of our flat fee. Our flat fee is $150 per order. We have capacity to complete 20-30 packages during the weekdays, and up to 8 packages during the weekend. We cover ALL of the following Ohio Counties: Cuyahoga, Lorain, Summit, Lake, Medina, and Huron"

I am retired after 30 years as an LEO. Prior to that I was a US Marine, 1st Recon (Special Forces Veteran). I have an Undergrad as a Paralegal (Specialization in Real Estate Law), an then Law School for my JD (Executive non-bar). Since my kids (4) are all grown and gone, I'm looking to grow our company (RMJ Notary Services). With my background in law, and 25 years of notary experience coupled with my sister's 25 years as a notary and her 40 years experience in Real Estate (Real Estate Agent, with the last 25 years on the Lending side for one of the largest lenders in the US), we're poised to grow this business while understanding our clients needs; with the knowledge and experience to deliver effective solutions.
