I worked for a mortgage banker for 15 years as manager of Secondary Marketing. I sold all the loans we closed to the investors, reviewed all legal doc's, register the loans on MERS and paid down our warehouse line. I put all notes on the warehouse line and ordered them to be sent to the investors once I sold the loans. I have had my notary license since 2010 have closed refi's, NYS CEMA's, equity loans, purchases and reverse mortgages and modifications. I service Nassau, Suffolk and Queens Counties in New York.
