I recognize the importance of executing the Loan Package flawlessly, ensuring that signatures, initials, dates, and notarizations are completed correctly the first time to avoid costly mistakes. I am proactive in addressing any questions from clients at the signing table, knowing my role is to facilitate rather than advise.
