I am willing to travel up to 50 miles. I have a mobile scanner and printer. I understand how to print legal and letter size documents with a dual tray printer. I will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs. I will complete scan backs as requested. I will drop docs on time for next day delivery for all signings finished by 4pm est. I will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advice. I will notarize at the signing. I will notarize only if I witness the signer signing the documents.
