I am certified, insured and background checked with the National Notary Association and certified through the Loan Signing System. I received extensive training on loan closings (buyer and seller), power of attorney’s, and various mortgage refi documents (HELOCs, reverse mortgages, ARMs, etc). I conduct extensive due diligence, by double-checking all documents and signatures making sure they are properly completed and within compliance. If there is an error no matter what the source, it will be rectified ASAP by me personally. I am fully aware of the funding conditions and know the importance of documents being promptly returned. I will not only ensure that they are promptly sent out, but I will communicate throughout the process. My job is to make sure you feel confident that you and your customers will have a quality signing experience.
