I am a Signing Agent primarily for loan refinances and remote (mail away) purchases and sales, with over 4,000 signings completed. Additionally, I have been an ABA approved Paralegal since 1990. I graduated from Roosevelt University, Chicago, IL. I have worked as an independent escrow agent for Attorney's National Title Network in Chicago, IL, while also handling all real estate closing matters for the law office that I worked for at that time. I have handled all types of notarized documents for over eleven years in a general law office setting. I have been working as a signing agent from online business on a regular basis since 2013 for companies such as Bancserv, Amrock, Signature Closers, and Mortgage Information Services.
Personal Bio
I have been an Illinois Notary Public since March, 1989 in a general law office setting. I have experience in hybrid loan signings in Illinois since 2017 on the Pavaso Platform and also with Amrock. My experience with refinance loan signings is primarily with First Mortgages. I have also completed Second Mortgage signings, Commercial Loans, Remote Purchases and Sales of Real Property, I-9 signings, Identity Proofing Signings, and other types of legal document signings.
