I've been doing loan signings since the beginning of 2013 and have successfully completed all of them. I'm very reliable, trustworthy, professional, personable and accurate. I've been mentored by a successful loan signing agent, who's been in the loan signing business for 12+ years. I received my certification from NNA through their NSA program. I have all the appropriate insurance coverage ($100k E&O) and have been fingerprinted through FINRA and background checked through NNA and hold the appropriate bonds. I believe I would be an asset to your company and would have more complete on-time closings. Having worked in an Estate Planning law firm for over 5 years, and a Family law practice for a year, I am familiar with a variety of different legal documents and have notarized many under the direction of the practicing attorney. I also notarize documents for a fiduciary company on an ongoing basis.
The prices noted above are the minimum. If I have to travel outside of my area the fees can be negotiated based on distance traveled to cover fuel costs.
