I was a Florida Title Agent from 1995 until 2013, having obtained my license in 2000. In 2013 I moved to Indiana and saw a need for qualified mobile signing agents in my area so there began Barnard Signature Services, LLC. Because of my extensive background on the side of the table where the majority of the work is produced, I understand the importance of getting the job done right the first time. Sometimes, there is no second chance to fix a missed signature if a rate is going to expire! Details are the devil in this industry and if they are not closely paid attention to, the consequences can be devastating and even painful (to the reputation and pocket.) In addition to my title insurance background, I also have 7 years of experience as a legal assistant and approximately 6 years as a real estate agent - all giving me that added advantage. I stepped back from mobile closings for the last 8 years to work in higher education while I completed my undergrad and graduate degrees but sorely missed the excitement of real estate so here I am, back again.
