Throughout my 13+ years of professional working career within all facets of civil and environmental law within government and private corporations in Mexico, I have established a reputation as a transformational leader who is driven by challenge, undeterred by obstacles, and committed to furthering standards of excellence. My expertise encompasses all aspects of ecological investigations, legal and regulatory counselling, compliance monitoring with environmental impact assessments, verification of the existence of federal permits, deal structuring, administration of sanctions, and others. Further, my ability to build consensus among executive teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and influence positive change has been repeatedly proven. • Increased the imposing of sanctions by 70% to environmental law offenders and other individual, referring them to the public prosecutor for the subsequent indictment of criminal conduct.

Also, I have a strong educational background, including three Master’s degrees and a Bachelor degree in business, tax, and environmental law respectively.
