I am certified and passed background screening through the NNA. I have completed Notary2Pro Elite Certification, including TRID TRAINING, “Beyond the Basics” and Reverse Mortgage exams. I am bonded and carry $25,000 E&O insurance. I have excellent communication skills, am detail oriented and organized. My goal is to provide the best experience for each customer while insuring a product that is complete, correct and submitted in a timely manner.

I am a retired Nurse Administrator, serving in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. My proudest achievement was bringing a diverse group of healthcare providers together to form a tightly knit, cohesive team that was rated number one in customer satisfaction for 5 years running in the Army Military Treatment Facilities. I strive for that same level of customer service and satisfaction in the loan signing arena.
