I am very knowledgeable and highly educated with loan documents. I am NNA certified and also Loan Signing System trained and certified. I understand and can easily walk a borrower through all loan documents for a refinance, purchase, seller, reverse mortgage, home equity line of credit, and also a Power of attorney. My goal is to help as many borrowers as possible to be able to complete their closing stress free and to also have a pleasurable experience in doing so! It's my purpose to create this type of environment for the borrower/borrowers and to provide a positive impact on such an important experience in their lives.
