I have been a notary for over 30 years. I have conducted over 3,000 signings. I am retired from the federal government after 33 1/2 years of public service as a paralegal and notary public. I am also retired from the U. S. Army Reserves after serving over 20 years as a paralegal/court reporter and notary public. I am a remote notary public commissioned in my home state of Missouri, serving in the counties of Jackson (home county), Cass, Clay, and Platte. I am also commissioned in the state of Kansas, serving in Johnson and Wyandotte counties. I am background screened and certified for loan signings through the National Notary Association. I am available days, evenings, and weekends. I am available for mortgage loan signings, general notary work, automobile purchase signings, commercial property signings, estate planning notarizations, and living trust notarizations . I travel to hospitals, nursing homes, and locations convenient to the signer. I am very familiar with and knowledgeable of loan documents, wills, and powers of attorney.
