My name is Allison Stevens and I am a licensed Loan Signing Agent in the state of Delaware and Maryland. I have successfully been performing signings since September 2022 on a regular basis. My background is in mortgage. I have 5 years experience as a Loan Closer and 2 years experience as a Loan Processor. In addition, I completed and passed the MD Real Estate course last year. My experience qualifies me to be an educated and knowledgeable Agent in the field because I am very familiar with the Real Estate process and the documents needed for a successful signing. Since becoming a Notary/Loan Signing Agent I have also performed Debt Settlements, Helocs, and court ordered form transactions. If I am unsure of any details in an assignment, I will always call the designated contact before moving forward. I am also available to perform signings as an Immigration Forms Specialist and, in the state of Maryland, Remote Electronic Notarizations.
