My name is Altagracia Hiraldo and I am a Notary Signing Agent in the state of Florida. I possess multiple certifications as a Notary Signing agent and I have extensive training on Loan Signings. With this being said , my certifications as a Notary Signing Agent include the following : the NNA certification for Notary Signing Agents and a Loan Signing System certification. And furthermore, through the extensive training I received from the Loan Signing System , I am equipped with the knowledge to do the following. I am trained to handle five of most common Mortgage packages which are : Purchases, Refinances, Seller packages,Helocs and Reverse Mortgages. Moreover , I am also trained to : walk a borrower through loan documents, properly fill out a Notice of Right to cancel , correctly fill out a aka statement , walk a borrower through filling out escrow forms and to fill out a PCOR. With all this being said , I also possess knowledge of additional tasks, that must be done, to ensure that a loan signing is properly executed. For example, one task that is crucial, is double checking loan documents , to assure that no borrowers signatures , dates or initials are missed. Another task , that must be done , is sending scan backs (when needed or requested ), within two hours after the closing appointment.
