In this brief bio about myself I am going to discuss, my certifications, my knowledge regarding loan signings and loan documents, the mortgage packages I specialize in; and state reasons, as to why you should consider hiring me, as the signing agent for your next closing appointment. So, to start off , I have two certifications that include : the NNA certification for Notary Signing Agents and the Loan Signing System certification for Notary Signing Agents. And furthermore, the Mortgage packages I specialize in include : Purchases , Refinances , seller packages , Helocs and Reverse Mortgages. Moreover, in regards to my knowledge regarding loan documents , I am able to walk a borrower through loan documents so they comprehend what they are signing. I am able to explain a settlement statement , a note and a payment letter. I am also , able to properly fill out a notice of right to cancel , aka statement and a PCOR. Additionally , I am able to briefly explain all disclosures and guide a borrower on how to fill out escrow forms. With all this being said, I also possess knowledge of additional tasks, that must be done, to assure that a loan signing is properly executed. For example, one task that is crucial, is double checking loan documents, to assure that no borrowers signatures , dates or initials are missed. Another task, that must be done , is sending scan backs (when necessary ), within two hours after the closing appointment. And lastly , is ensuring that , drop offs of loan documents , are done at FedEx or UPS as soon as possible, to ensure loan documents are sent back to their intended recipient , as soon as possible. And finally, why should you hire me as your signing agent , for your next closing appointment? The first reason , you should consider hiring me is because , I am detail oriented and knowledgeable.
