I am certified and background screened by the National Notary Association (NNA) and I have $100,000 of Errors and Omissions Insurance. I continue to study and take additional courses to further strengthen my knowledge and skills. I am an active NNA member so I stay aware of industry changes and compliant with state Notary laws. Personal Bio
For 30 years, I have served as a resource for county, state, and federal agencies in the social services industry. In the last 10 years of my career, I served as a Hearing Officer in which I received extensive training at the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law. As a Hearing Officer, I interpreted and implemented agency policies, regulations, and procedures. I conducted statewide administrative hearings on Social Security Administration (SSA) medical cessations at the reconsideration level of appeal. During a hearing, I administered an oath and obtained testimony from the claimant or witness. In addition, I have been an entrepreneur since 2013 and the experience has sharpened my skills in decision-making, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, and flexibility.
