I began working as a notary while in a Personal Banker role, notarizing a variety of customer documents. In 2014 I started working independently as a mobile notary. Since then, I have been actively signing Mortgage loans, VA loans, Reverse Mortgages and Refinances etc., throughout Alaska. I most consistently work in Southeast communities Juneau, Skagway, Sitka, Ketchikan, and Haines, however I have travelled to all other regions, just less consistently. I am a good communicator and consistently prepared, on time, and have good work ethics and a pleasant attitude The work performed is conscientious, correct and returned as directed. Clients often comment that they feel comfortable with me and appreciate how organized our meeting was. Signing company representatives, often comment on my quick responses and that I am easy to work with. Due to Covid-19, protocols to ensure the safety of clients as well as myself have been set up and are consistently practiced.

*Call for quote. ** Since there are no connecting roads between communities of Southeast Alaska, Quotes for signings outside of Juneau will also quote with cost to travel & remote printing , if necessary. When possible, I use the least expensive available, and expedient to meet the needs of the client. UPS is first choice - due to availability in areas outside of Juneau. For Juneau signings, FedEx is preferred.
