As a Mobile Loan Signing Agent and Notary Public, my role is simple but highly responsible. I am an official of integrity appointed by the state government. In Illinois, the Secretary of State serves the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents. I do perform general notary work. As a Loan Signing Agent, I have had specialized training to handle loan document signings. I work with title companies, signing services, realtors, and lenders to deliver loan documents to the borrowers, oversee the signing, notarize specific pages, and finally return those documents for a successful closing. I am relied upon to be efficient, punctual, competent, and effectively manage the meeting. My 5-plus years as a paralegal gave me the functional skills to be a top professional in this field. I look forward to assisting you in your next loan signing or notarization!
I began working in the legal profession at the age of 27 after starting a job as a legal assistant at an immigration firm. I graduated from an ABA-approved community college in 2021 with a degree in Paralegal Studies. I hold myself to a high standard of ethics when it comes to providing services to clients.
