My name is Anne Kull and I am a certified mobile loan signing agent and Colorado commissioned Notary Public serving all of Northern Colorado. I have a background in small business management, systems and operations and an extensive customer service background. I have been a business owner in Northern Colorado for the past 25 years and enjoy serving in this community. I began working as a loan signing agent in July of 2020. I am NNA NSA Certified and Background screened, and am also certified with Notary2Pro and NSA Blueprint. I enjoy working in this industry and continue to find new educational opportunities to keep myself up to date on current Notarial law and best practices. I look forward to being of service and developing strong working partnerships within this industry.
Personal Bio
I am a mom of two young adults and am in a transitional stage of life and enjoying it. The kids are grown and flown! I am excited to be in a new career that I am very much enjoying and continuing my life long love of learning. It has been fun learning a new industry and owning my own business again. I grew up in Colorado and I attended the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO and after graduating from college I began managing the family business and continued with that career for 27 years. In 2019 we decided to move on from the College Textbook and Spirit Gear business and forge ahead on a new path. I evaluated my skill sets and found that I would enjoy and thrive as a notary loan signing agent. I wanted to continue as my own boss and enjoy owning my own company. I enjoy customer service and meeting new people and this new path is a great fit!
