I will arrive on time in business attire for each accepted assignment and communicate quickly and professionally to the required parties if any issues or delays are identified. I will accurately verify and witness each signer. I will take great care in presenting each document at a pace that will instill comfort and confidence in the signing process without providing legal advice. I will correctly sign and affix the notary seal, taking care not to overlap document wording. A folder of clean, clear copies of all documents will be presented to the clients for recordkeeping purposes. I will check the documents for accuracy of signing before leaving the client's home. Scan backs of signed copies in PDF format will be completed the same day if required.
