I have been a signing agent for a year, with my primary experience in Refinances, seller and buyer signings, and reverse loan signings and applications, both at signer's houses and at banks and third party meeting areas. I am a graduate of Notary2pro. I have completed over 100 signings successfully, and do most of my signings in Lane County and the surrounding counties.
In every email, I see long lists of advice and caution from lenders and escrow offices. This is because this industry is inundated with people leaping in with no experience or interest in the longevity of their careers. This is not a side gig or a get rich quick industry, it is built on slow accumulation of skill and experience, and I strive to offer professionalism to both clients and signers, arriving early and prepping my documents before each signing, communicating any delays and being honest about any mistakes.

Personal Bio
I am an Oregon native, and have lived in this state my whole life, in and around the Eugene area. Part of what I love about this job is getting to drive around this beautiful state of ours, in every season and weather. I enjoy listening to audiobooks, which is another perk for this job, and I enjoy hiking, camping, and whale watching.
