During my years as a Notary Public I have encountered many types of documents requiring notarization, including unique personal and business documents, real estate matters, structured settlement presentations and debt mitigation. General Notary Requests: It is necessary for me to identify the type of document you have (affidavit, deed, power of attorney, etc.) and to confirm it is complete. All pages must be presented, and in most cases all blanks must be completed. Lenders, Title & Escrow: You will find me professional in manner and attire, reliable and thorough.
Experience from my first commission in California with a commercial real estate brokerage, property management and development firm allows me to provide excellent service for real estate matters including refinance, purchase and sales packages, home equity lines of credit, deeds, subordination agreements and other residential and commercial property documents. Borrowers: Before leaving our signing appointment, I will take time to carefully review your documents for completeness - to ensure blanks have been filled, boxes have been checked, proper signatures, initials, dates and so forth are in place, prior to concluding our appointment. Please allow additional time for this. Incomplete documents may delay processing of your loans at their destinations, including expiration of rate locks and timely funding; therefore, this final review is very important to ensure we did not overlook any essential detail. The Certified Signing Specialist Code of Conduct does not permit me to explain details of subject documents, only to state their general purposes. I am not an attorney. As a Mobile Notary I meet Signers at mutually convenient locations: residences, offices, Starbucks, assisted living facilities, hospitals, hospice settings and other suitable places such as restaurants, libraries, conference rooms and senior centers.
Note: I am a MOBILE NOTARY. Please do not come to my private residence. I live in a residential area where the coming and going of traffic for business purposes is not permitted (except for FedEx, UPS and other services).
