My loan signing and background credentials come from the NNA, and I am also a Remote Online Notary. Since becoming a Notary Public, Purchase’s (seller or buyer), Refinances’, Loan Modifications, Reverse Mortgages, and Applications are commonplace and thoroughly executed. I also have access to an office to perform TX Cash Out packages. Aside from being a Notary Public, I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent and spent close to a decade in the multifamily housing industry. These combined experiences have allowed me to encounter people from all walks of life and perform the signings/notarization of hundreds of loans.
