With 17 years of service to buyers/sellers and borrowers, I have faced many challenges. I have had my Notary License since 1998 and have had experience many challenges at the closing table in that capacity. I have been getting many Buyer packages for foreclosed properties. I will travel (20 Miles one way) in Charlotte and Sarasota County and Lee on Boca Grande . If I travel outside of these areas - then time and mileage must be a consideration. I do not work on Sundays.
