As your signing agent, I understand that I represent you, and will need to be professional, dressed as such, and I completely understand the urgency of getting the docs back to you correctly and on time so everyone is paid on time, Locks don't expire, and loans fund. I will absolutely follow your instructions and call you if there are any questions regarding the closings of your clients. Last I know where my Fed-ex drop-offs are in the valley and will be sure to get them shipped to you as soon as possible after your closing.
