I have facilitated numerous Real Estate transactions such as: Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, HELOC's, Home Equity line of credits, Loan Applications, Loan Modifications, Buyer & Seller packages for several different companies. I offer my services throughout Central Florida Counties such as: Orange County, Polk County, Brevard County, Volusia County, Seminole County, Lake County and Osceola County. Throughout my eleven-year Property Management career I have exercised a calculated and methodical approach in facilitating Real Estate documents through effective organization, prioritization and heavy follow-through contributing to positive business results.
In September of 2020 I ventured into building these business relationships directly with title, escrow, Mortgage & Signing Companies.
