I am an NNA certified Loan Signing agent and a graduate of both Notary 2 Pro and Loan Signing System. I value continuing education and I am current and knowledgeable on all documents I will see in a loan package. I am detail oriented and triple check all my work. I am adept at walking a borrower through a loan package and making them feel at ease. It is important to me that they feel sure they know their loan terms and what they are signing. I feel it is important to have all forms filled out completely such as the PCOR, and I check to ensure that all forms are filled out at the signing table. I know how important it is to fax back documents in a timely manner and I do so as soon as possible after each signing. I also make FedEx and UPS pick up times the same day. I am aware that my performance at the signing table is a reflection of everyone involved in the loan process and will always do my best to do error free work and treat everyone involved with kindness and respect.
