I respect the lender, real estate agent and title companies time and effort it takes to get the borrowers to this stage, and will ensure that those efforts don't fall short at the signing table. As a homeowner I have purchased and refinanced my home, closing both times with a mobile notary. Although I was a professional in the field, I recall still feeling anxious and excited about this process. It was important that this step went smoothly, and with no errors to secure our deadline and have a successful closing.
