I am certified in the loan signing process. I have been trained in the importance of knowing and understand the documents included in a signing to better help the signor understand and feel comfortable with what they are signing. I actually walk your borrowers through all of the important docs: the closing statement, note, the deed, and CD. Unlike other notaries, I don't just shovel the loan docs in front of the borrower and say, “sign here, I am just a notary.” I have been trained to triple check docs for signatures, initials and notarizations. I understand that an incomplete signing or error filled signings can cause unwanted situations such as rate locks, missing a close of escrow and more importantly that it makes you look bad to your clients. Therefor, I take my education very seriously. As a Notary Signing Agent or NSA commissioned by the state of Texas and the National Notary Association, I have special training to handle loan document signings. Title companies and signing services hire NSAs to deliver loan documents to borrowers, oversee the signing and return the documents.
Hello, you can call me Justice. As I'm sure you have figured out by now, I am a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent. What you don't know is who I am and where I come from. So, I'll tell ya. First of all, I am originally from the east coast. I have been in the Austin area since 2011. My wife and I moved here after snowmageddon of 2010 and have never looked back. We love it here. I have been with my wife, Maria, for 14 years now. I have two kids and a grandchild. I have been a professional musician and recording artist most of my life. Music is my one of my deepest passions. When I am not working or spending time with my wife and friends I am writing, creating and playing music. I have been in the sales field since college. I have sales experience ranging from real estate, car sales, insurance, health products to retail. I have always enjoyed helping others and sales afforded me that pleasure. However, I reached a point where I have had my fill of the sales industry but still wanted to help people somehow. I do like real estate and found a way to still be a part of the industry but not in the sales arena. So, here I am... here to assist others in some of the biggest adventures in their life. I get to help those individuals understand and be more comfortable in the final process. I look forward to meeting you and being of service.
