Thorough involvement and knowledge with the Real Estate process, from knowledge of the title search process at the county courthouse to the closing table, I have the ability to perform your closing/signing or other notarial duty accurately and with professionalism. In the past year, I have worked for a Real Estate Attorney that served Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. I am familiar with loan documents, real estate cash purchases, gas and oil leases, POA's, Trust (Irrevocable and Revocable), Estates, real property deeds (General Warranty, QC, Straw, Trustee's, etc), guardianship and adoption documents, Apostilles, and vehicle title transfers. Loan packages and all other documents are printed and prepared in a smoke-free home environment and securely contained until signing takes place. I am currently offering my services part time in the evening (after 6pm) Monday through Friday and 24/7 on the weekends. My hours and days of availability will soon change in the coming months to better serve your needs and that of your clients. I currently cover the following counties: Jefferson, Belmont, Harrison, and also Monroe and Carroll counties (PLEASE NOTE: further distances beyond 40 miles yield a reasonable yet higher fee)
I've lived in Ohio for my entire life, having lived throughout the Eastern "Tri-State" region of Ohio, along the West Virginia Panhandle and Pennsylvania. I've also lived in the Columbus area roughly 17 years ago, during which time I was involved in law enforcement with Columbus P.D. I have an Associate's Degree in Criminal Law and also an Associate's in Business and a Bachelor's in Business Administration. I have, through both academic and work experience, garnered a tremendous amount of aptitude, skills and abilities applicable to Notarial practice and procedure. With strict adherence to privacy laws and attention to the most finite detail, I have always been well respected among my pears, professionally, academically and among personal associations. I have learned quickly that I truly love this line of work due simply to the networking it allows me to do from mortgage professionals to title/escrow officers, a multitude of signing service personnel and most importantly, the individuals I can help through the service of being Notary Public.

A mileage fee of $0.65 per mile is applied for distances greater than 40 miles. I am able to travel to hospitals, nursing homes, prisons, work locations, etc. Contact me if there are any special needs that may need accommodating.
