I first became commissioned in 2017. I started off with General Notary Work focusing on Last wills and Testaments, Estates , medical directives, Palliative care documents, final arrangement & Disposition documents. I learned about Loan signing agents and jumped in the pool! I have been working in "property" related work most of my working life . I was a property manger for the majority of my career. I loved it. I enjoyed the administrative work, the computer program, and of course my residents . It only makes sense I would move into Loan signing agent work. I worked as CSI and customer retention for the world's number 1 volume car dealership. My job was to deescalate angry customers and situations and increase retention and the CSI score. I was very successful at this job. I have always been someone who gets highly focused on my task, which is beneficial as it leads to attention to detail. I understand certain populations may have different needs for example: our senior population may need special pens for Parkinson's or arthritis, so I make sure to have at least 2 with me when I go to an appointment. I also carry a clipboard because you never know where you will be signing and bringing the flat surface is very helpful and beneficial . I have excellent interpersonal skills and make connections with clients and signers, this leaves them feeling like they're more than walking dollar signs but people that matter to me and the company I work for. I have learned many methods and approaches to ensure a satisfactory resolution to tense or high conflict resolutions . I feel this is very helpful in Loan Signing when signers become upset. Both property management and CSI/ retention positions helped fine tune my customer relations and interpersonal skills. I am Ron/e-Notary certified . I do loan modifications . I enjoy my job and do my best to express that when I am with signers so they don't feel rushed, like their questions annoy or bother me , but that I'm on their team working together to accomplish the signing . I cover Boone, Baxter, Madison, Marion, Searcy, Carroll Counties. Including Harrison , Yellville, Mountain Home, Peel, Berryville, Eureka Springs, Gaither Mountain, Lake Way, Lead Hill. I am open to other locations as well .

I am a mom to a teen boy and two dogs. I enjoy everything living in Arkansas has to offer . I was born and raised in Colorado, but needed a more serene life than Colorado could offer me. So I moved to Arkansas, stunned by its beauty and the Buffalo River. I love spending time with my family and enjoy the flexibility of owning my own business.
