I was originally commissioned in California as a Mobile Notary Public and remain active until March 2025. Although currently in inactive status due to relocation, I also hold a California real estate license. In 2024, I relocated to South Dakota, where I obtained my commission as both a Mobile Notary Public and a Remote Online Notary / E-Notary (RON) in September 2025. During that time, I also renewed my Loan Signing Agent qualifications through the National Notary Association (NNA). I maintain a $100,000 Errors & Omissions insurance policy and a $5,000 state surety bond. I bring a strong attention to detail and a commitment to conducting each signing with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. While never providing legal advice, I ensure clients feel supported, comfortable, and never rushed—whether their notarization is completed in person or online.
