Hello, I'm Chris Apgar. I'm a retired Marine currently working in the Department of Defense Industrial Base. I have been an Alabama Notary Public at Large for 5 years and recently became certified as a signing agent through the National Notary Association. I currently do this part time in the evenings during the week with more availability on the weekends.
