As a Notary one must be accurate and thorough, adhering to the rules and regulations of State Law. As and Office Manager of a Construction Company I dealt with people coming and going all day long working on AIA documents and Lien Waivers among other legal documents. This is where my "Check Three Times" Rule came from! As a Notary Signing Agent one must be knowledgeable and detail oriented. I actually review all documents three times checking for errors, doesn't matter if the stack is three pages or three hundred pages. I will fix any errors you worked hard to find QUICKLY! You will get a call when I arrive and leave an assignment. You will get a call during the appointment if there is an issue. Usually the answer is in the documents - but not always! I do my best to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for the client/customer to ensure they have the BEST closing ever! I will get the documents back to the lender as quickly as humanly possible. I can scan back if requested as well as FedEx.
After graduating from college I went into the Air Force. This is where I met my husband and together we raised three awesome boys. During that time we owned a Mobile Franchise - he did the "mobile", I did the "office" and keeping our life under control. Then he was offered a District Manager position, we sold our business...and I became a Realtor! Twenty years later I have semi-retired from real estate. I took a position with a construction company and found out I am not made to work for someone else. I have wanted to be a Notary Signing Agent for a couple years - now's the time. I am very excited about my new adventure.
