Phone, text or email by appointment only. Negotiable. Fees will vary depending on size of package, whether docs are overnighted / e-docs, fax backs required and time to travel. Typical fee range is between $125-$225 for real estate closings within an hour's drive. Travel outside of Service area considered upon request. Mileage rates per IRS Notice 2024-08 of $0.67 per mile may apply for out of area requests.
