I will travel to the parties location of choice to present closing documents to the parties for signatures, notarization and supervision of the signing of documents by the parties. And most importantly, I will safeguard the borrowers' private financial information and get loan package back to lender in a timely manner. My background includes over 15 years in the mortgage industry reviewing critical loan documents such as the Note, Deed of Trust or Mortgage, HUD-1, the Truth in Lending Disclosure, Closing Disclosure and more. For the last ten years since 2010, I worked in the Secondary Mortgage Market auditing Sellers/Servicers on their Mortgage Loan Servicing processes, Mortgage Lending and Origination, Credit Risk, and Regulatory Compliance. I reviewed mortgage documents, performed testing and evaluated a Servicer/Seller's Compliance to ensure regulatory guidelines were being followed. I utilized compliance and risk expertise to conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for applicable controls/remediation. I completed Compliance Testing on Modifications, Short Sales, Deed-In-Lieus, Foreclosure Proceedings, ARM Loans, Reverse Mortgage, etc. I also performed testing on Seller's Data Delivery process, Lender Quality, Pre-Funding and Post-Closing QC process, and Appraisal Quality.
