I am E&O insured $100.000; detailed oriented and have strong written and verbal communication skills. My experience includes over 25 years of successful notarization and document witnessing for all type of mortgages, legal documents and contracts, car loans, wills, affidavits, etc. I possess WiFi, laptop and can perform e-signings and RONS. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and can speak English and Spanish. My fees include notarization, e-doc, travel, copy package, and fax/email back. The areas I cover are from Seminole and Orange County.
